Project Overview
To celebrate the launch of Tower FortyTwo’s newly designed interior spaces, I collaborated with Interland and Ineffables to produce a series of high-impact videos. The aim was to capture the building’s modern identity, premium amenities, and energy-forward mission and turn it into engaging content that would attract the right tenants and partners.
Scope of Work
- Filmed interviews with key stakeholders and tenants
- Captured cinematic footage of office spaces, rooftop terraces, and lobby areas
- Produced short-form video tours optimized for web and social
- Edited, color graded, and mastered video content to match brand tone
- Optimized all deliverables for social media ads and website integration


Final Outcome
The final videos helped position Tower FortyTwo as a future-proof, design-forward workplace balancing sustainability with luxury. The content was rolled out across LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital brochures, supporting lead generation and brand storytelling efforts.
