Project Overview
I worked with Volkswagen to capture the electric performance and record-breaking run of the ID.R at the legendary Goodwood Festival of Speed. Over four fast-paced days, I followed Romain Dumas and the team behind the scenes from prep to the iconic hill climb, documenting the full journey. The result: dynamic, real-time visuals that brought motorsport fans closer to the speed, emotion, and innovation behind one of the most exciting EVs in racing history.
Scope of Work
- Led full video production over 4 days on-site
- Conducted 5 interviews with Romain Dumas and Volkswagen Motorsport experts
- Filmed cinematic behind-the-scenes content and team moments
- Captured the record-breaking run and festival atmosphere
- Managed the full production process: planning, filming, editing, and final delivery



Final Outcome
The final video was produced as a flexible campaign piece, delivered in multiple formats for use across PR, press kits, and Volkswagen’s internal and external newsletters. Praised for its energy and storytelling, it became a key asset in showcasing the ID.R’s record-breaking performance and reinforcing the brand’s narrative around innovation, speed, and electric engineering.
