Project Overview

I joined Kvadrant to build and scale a modern B2B marketing engine from the ground up. Over five months, I’ve focused on turning strategic insight into consistent growth, creating content, launching campaigns, and turning data into momentum. The goal: drive awareness, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified leads in a competitive consulting space.

Scope of Work

- Developed and executed a full-funnel marketing strategy

- Ran webinars, podcasts, and partner campaigns to grow visibility

- Created gated content and landing pages to support lead gen

- Maintained a consistent cadence of LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and website updates

- Analyzed performance data to optimize content and scale what works

- Managed both organic and paid media to amplify high-performing initiatives

Final Outcome

In just 5 months, the results speak for themselves:

  • 308,862 impressions (+51%)
  • 1,466 reactions (+24.7%) and 123 comments (+101.6%)
  • 7 reposts (+600%)
  • 6,755 page views, with 2,889 unique visitors (+31.4%)
  • 12 custom button clicks (+300%)
  • 533 new followers, growing total to 4,258
